One is western Red Cedar from 1964 and is approx. 800 sqft 2 bedroom. The other one is Douglas Fir and is about 900 sq. ft. 3 bedroom. We have drawings of the buildings. They were carefully taken apart and there is an alpha numeric system to help piece them back together. There are the roof beams, roof decking, steel roofing, floor joists and floor boards. No rot but needs some TLC on the exterior. Interiors are mint. You will need windows & doors and all the other things to make it a 3 or 4 season home, cottage, or rental unit.
